Monday 6 November's Learning
This week we will begin our film study work. We will learn about the language of film, the directors purpose, how to write about film. This is where we will learn to identify the specific details of camera work, be able to describe the shots and their composition and know why the director chose to use that particular type of shot ( director's purpose). We will also learn to explain how it makes us feel as an audience (audience response)
In this study will will make use of short films from New Zealand and and overseas in our study. You will also have an opportunity later on to work in a small group to make your own film.
All of the work and resources for this unit can be found in your Hapara work space.
